After a month of training at Submission Academy Jiu-Jitsu, I can honestly say it’s been such a great experience! Everyone is welcoming and supportive, and the coaches do an amazing job of helping you learn, improve, and build confidence. As someone still relatively new to jiu-jitsu, I’ve felt encouraged to challenge myself, step outside my comfort zone, and keep learning without feeling intimidated. The environment is positive, the people are great, I’m excited to keep training, improving, and seeing how far I can go.

We’ve been bringing our child here for a month now, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The atmosphere and community are exceptionally welcoming and supportive from day one. Jiu-jitsu naturally comes with both successes and setbacks, but the instructors are very encouraging. The 30-minute class duration for the 5–7 age group is perfect for keeping young kids engaged without burning them out. Plus, having class options Monday through Thursday provides incredible flexibility—a huge lifesaver for larger families managing busy schedules and multiple commitments.

Very great with the kids and has a good atmosphere. Allowed my child to watch twice before starting the classes to introduce the class to him.
